I am an artist looking for a warehouse studio space between 2000 and 5000 sqft to launch a new record label in Pittsburgh. If you have a warehouse that is costing you money and nobody is using it why not let me rent it? I can afford up to 2500 a month and can give you 3 months in advance at move in.
